Here we can do something almost no international host manages: we register .pk names directly with PKNIC, the official .pk registry. Neither Namecheap nor our upstream platform can touch .pk at all, which is why most foreign hosts skip it entirely. Note PKNIC's two-year minimum — a .pk runs $17.00 for two years, not one. Our own measurements put connect time from Pakistan to our London servers near 200 ms, so cached pages stay quick while admin work feels the extra distance.

Traffic from Pakistan to Europe rides a handful of subsea cables. Cut one of them and the whole country's latency to any overseas origin climbs, and stays climbed until the repair ship reaches the fault. What we accept
Any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card, credit or debit alike, issued in Pakistan or anywhere else, provided the issuer has enabled international payments on it. Stripe handles the transaction end to end, so those digits never land on our servers.

PayPal runs no consumer service whatsoever in Pakistan, so unless you hold a card enabled for international payments, there is at present no way to pay us at all. Will tax be added to an order from Pakistan?
You sit outside the UK and outside the EU, so nothing on your order carries VAT from us. Whatever local tax applies to importing a service is yours to work out for yourself. Buying as a registered business? Five minutes with your accountant is time well spent.
Do I need a UK address to hold an account?
No. The company running things is British — Vitalcare at Home Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15098204, verifiable on the public Companies House register — yet buying hosting involves no residency check and no business-registration check. An order from Pakistan processes exactly like one from London.
What happens if the plan doesn't suit me?
Hosting plans give you 30 days to change your mind, reseller plans 7. That is long enough to put a real site live and measure it against your own traffic instead of taking our figures on trust. Still not convinced? Ask for your money back. Domain registrations are the one exception, because the registry bills us the moment a name goes live, which makes them non-refundable.
