Your card details never touch us
Stripe collects the card and stores it on its own systems. We only ever receive a token and the last four digits, so our side holds nothing worth stealing.
Cards from any country work
There is no geographic block on payment. If your Visa, Mastercard or Amex is enabled for international online purchases, checkout will accept it.
A registered company you can verify
Payments go to Vitalcare at Home Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15098204. Look us up on Companies House before spending a penny.

Which payment methods work here?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express — credit or debit, issued anywhere on the planet. Stripe runs the transaction, and it is among the largest and most heavily audited processors in existence. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency are not available today. Better to read that here than discover it at checkout with a plan already picked.
Do you take PayPal?
Not yet. We know why it matters, especially when buying from a company you have never dealt with, and a second gateway is on the build list. It goes on this page only once it genuinely works end to end — advertising a method that fails at checkout is worse than admitting the gap.
Which currency actually reaches my card?
US dollars. Prices around the site convert into your local currency so you can size up the cost instantly, but that conversion is display only — the amount sent to your card is in USD. Your bank then applies its own exchange rate, often plus a foreign transaction fee of roughly 2 to 3 per cent, so the statement line can land slightly above the converted figure shown here.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
The debit comes from our billing company, Vitalcare at Home Ltd, and may appear alongside our billing domain rather than the HostingFast name. If a line looks unfamiliar, match the amount and date against the invoice in your client area, or drop us a note and we will identify it for you the same day.
Why should I trust a host I've only just found?
A fair question — and the honest answer is to verify rather than take our word. Stripe captures the card details and we never store them, so even a breach of our servers could not expose them. Can I pay monthly rather than a year up front?
Shared, WordPress and WooCommerce plans currently bill annually — that is precisely what keeps the monthly-equivalent figure as low as it is. We know a year in one hit is a real barrier in many countries, so shorter terms are on the roadmap. VPS, reseller and dedicated plans already bill month to month.
How do refunds come back to me?
An approved refund returns to the card that paid, in USD. Hosting carries a 30-day money-back guarantee; reseller plans carry 7 days. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers fall outside it, because the registry bills us the instant a domain is created and that money never comes back — the refund policy covers the detail.
