Reach an engineer, without the waiting queue

Send the form below and a real engineer picks it up. First replies target two hours — one hour when a site is down.

When we answer

Every hour of every day, right through the year: 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days. Somebody is always watching the ticket queue and this form.

Already a customer?

Your client area holds billing, the services you run, and any ticket already open. Because your exact setup is on show in there, account-specific questions get sorted fastest if you raise them from that side.

Details That Help

Six small details that save you an hour

A message that carries these usually earns an answer instead of a follow-up question.

  • The domain or account showing the problem
  • What you expected against what actually happened
  • The exact error text, pasted in rather than summarised
  • The time it started, plus whatever changed just beforehand
  • A URL where the fault shows up, if there is one
  • Whether it hits every visitor or just you

Pick Your Channel

Billing or technical: they run in separate lanes

Billing and invoices

Invoices, refunds, renewals, changing a payment card, cancelling a service: all of that lives in the client area, sitting right beside the records it belongs to. Raise them there and nobody has to ask you to prove which account is yours. Whatever currency the site displays, charges go through in USD — currencies and billing explains why, and the refund policy documents whichever window applies to each product.

Technical problems

An offline site, mail that never arrives, a certificate, a DNS record, a database: send any of those here, or open a ticket, attaching the six details listed above. Where the trouble looks platform-wide, the service status board might already have identified the problem, and response times sets out the response target we hold against each kind of request.

Cannot tell which lane it belongs in? Send it over regardless, since routing a message is our job rather than yours. The support hub maps out every channel and what each of them does best.
