Terms of Service

Revised July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Placing an order with HostingFast (“we”, “us”), or using anything we supply, signals that you accept these terms in their entirety. Disagree with any part of them and the correct course of action is to leave the service alone.

2. Pricing, invoicing and renewals

Billing for hosting, VPS and domain services runs in USD through our billing platform, in advance of each service period. The price your hosting plan carries at signup is the price it carries at renewal. Should a domain come with a discounted first year, the renewal figure is printed alongside it before you reach checkout, so no later invoice contains anything you were not shown at the outset. Where an invoice stays unpaid beyond its due date, the service it covers may be suspended.

3. When a refund is possible here

On premium and business hosting plans you have a 30-day window in which to claim your hosting fees back. Reseller hosting runs to a 7-day window instead. Domain registrations, VPS and dedicated servers get purchased from our upstream providers the moment an order is placed, which is why no refund is possible once they are live.

4. Acceptable use of what we run

Our services must never be used to:

  • host or hand out malware, phishing pages or unlawful material;
  • send bulk email that nobody asked for, which is to say spam;
  • attack, scan or interfere with other networks and systems;
  • eat into shared resources so hard that other customers on the server suffer.

Breaking any of these rules can lead to the account being suspended or closed altogether. Wherever giving you a warning first is practical, we give one.

5. Uptime and support

Our network uptime target sits at 99.9%. If a given month falls below that figure because something on our side failed, tell us and a pro-rated credit goes onto your account. The support desk is staffed at every hour and reachable by ticket at any time.

6. Your content and backups

Daily backups are run as a courtesy, nothing more. Holding your own copy of your content remains your responsibility. Where data is lost, our obligation goes no further than restoring the most recent backup we hold.

7. Limitation of liability

Every service is supplied “as is”. So far as the law permits, our total liability on any claim is capped at whatever you paid for the service in question over the three months immediately preceding.

8. Who you are actually contracting with

HostingFast is a trading name of Vitalcare at Home Ltd, a company on the register in England and Wales, company number 15098204, registered office Office 4648, 221–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, England, RM6 6AX. Your contract is with Vitalcare at Home Ltd. Its filing record can be checked on the public Companies House register whenever you care to look.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement, along with any dispute or claim that arises out of it or out of its subject matter, non-contractual disputes and claims included, is governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall hold exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim of that kind.

If you are a consumer, nothing set out above strips away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and nothing here limits your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that country's law allows for it. Wherever your national law confers rights that these terms would otherwise cut back, your national rights take precedence.

We sell worldwide. Checking that buying and using our services is lawful in your own jurisdiction rests with you.

10. Cancellation rights

Consumers based in the UK and the EU normally hold a statutory right of cancellation on a distance contract within 14 days and no reason need be given. Our own guarantee reaches further: 30 days on hosting plans and 7 days on reseller plans. That broader guarantee sits alongside the statutory right rather than replacing it, so rely on whichever one serves you better.

One exception is worth spelling out, because it catches people out repeatedly: domain registrations, renewals and transfers can be neither cancelled nor refunded once an order is placed. The registry invoices us the second a domain is registered, and there is no way to recover that cost. The full detail sits in our refund policy.

11. VAT, GST and sales tax

Prices are shown before any sales tax, VAT or GST that may fall due from you. Where we are obliged to collect tax on your order, the amount is calculated and displayed at checkout ahead of payment. Beyond the UK and the EU, calculating and paying whatever your own country levies on a service bought from abroad rests with you.

12. Changes to these terms

Revisions to these terms happen from time to time. Anything genuinely substantive reaches you by email, or inside your client area, no less than 14 days before it takes effect. Questions ahead of that go to info@hostingfastnet.com.
