A fast-moving hosting team worth joining
HostingFast is a compact, remote-first crew with one mission: deliver quick, dependable hosting at a price anyone can understand, and be straight about every part of it. Nothing is open today, but good people are always welcome to introduce themselves.

Remote-First
Work wherever you move fastest
Remote is not a perk we retro-fitted — it is how the company was put together. No commute, no relocation talk. You join from wherever you already live and do your best thinking.
Spanning time zones means we run on clear writing and async updates, which keeps long stretches of focus intact instead of splintering the day into meetings. A call happens when the conversation truly earns one.
- Remote from the very first day
- Written updates first, calls only when needed
- Teammates spread across many time zones
- Output counts, not hours logged at a desk
Our Principles
How this team really operates
A tight set of principles we hire against and work by — not a poster in a lobby we never built.
Straight talk, always
We give customers and each other the honest version, even when a smoother line is within reach. On this team, clear wins over clever every time.
Real ownership
You get genuine responsibility rather than a task queue. We want people who make the call, ship the work, and stand behind what went out.
Everyone does support
Whoever is closest to customers carries the loudest voice in what gets built next. Getting a stranger's site back online fast is serious work here.
Lean on purpose
Keeping the operation efficient is exactly how the prices stay low. That same discipline shows in what we build, what we spend and who we bring on.
Bring your questions
Challenge the plan, poke at the assumptions, sketch the faster route. Good ideas come from any desk here, not just the senior ones.
Direct and decent together
Feedback is candid, and we take it as readily as we give it. Honesty and respect are not opposites; we expect both in the same sentence.

Day To Day
Small crew, real influence on the outcome
At this size, good work never disappears into the machine — and neither does busywork. What you ship reaches customers within days, and you watch it land rather than watching it dissolve into process.
Management stays thin and communication stays direct. Spot something broken, or something that could run quicker? You are trusted to flag it and, more often than not, to go fix it yourself.
- Shipped work is visible and it counts
- Speak to anyone directly, zero layers
- Candid feedback, delivered kindly
- Licence to fix whatever slows you down
Benefits
Properly looked after
A short, genuine benefits list — the things that keep good people doing sharp work for years.
Work from wherever suits you
Remote from day one. Set up wherever you do your sharpest thinking — there is no office anyone needs to live near.
Hours built around your life
What you deliver matters more than when you clocked in. Shape the day around deep focus and everything else you carry.
Leave you actually take
Paid time off we genuinely push people to use. Rested people ship better work — that is a fact, not a nicety.
Room to level up
A learning budget, plus live projects to apply the new skill on while it is still warm.
Gear that keeps up
Proper equipment and tooling for the role, so none of your day is lost waiting on a struggling laptop.
Your side projects, hosted free
Run personal projects on the same platform we sell. Living on our own infrastructure keeps us honest — and it is a decent perk too.

No Vacancies Right Now
Nothing advertised, but we are listening
We would rather leave a seat empty than advertise a job we do not truly need — that is part of what running lean and honest means. So instead of a padded vacancy list, we simply keep the door open.
If HostingFast sounds like your kind of place, send the CV across with a few lines on what you are strong at and what you would love to build. When the right role opens, the people who already said hello are exactly who we ring first.

FAQ
Working at HostingFast
Are any roles open right now?
Not today. The team stays deliberately small and a role only opens when there is lasting work behind it, never for appearances. Instead of posting placeholder listings we collect CVs, and when a genuine opening lands, the people already on file are the first ones we call.
Should I still apply with nothing posted?
Yes. Every CV is kept, and the file gets another pass whenever a role is being planned. A short, specific note on your strengths and the work you want makes it much easier to picture where you would fit — the ten minutes it takes tends to pay back.
Is the team really fully remote?
Remote has been the default since day one, with teammates spread across a wide band of time zones. Most work happens in writing, which protects long runs of concentration rather than shredding the day into calls. There is no head office to move near — wherever you work best is exactly where we want you.
Who thrives on this team?
People who own their work, write clearly, and genuinely care about whoever is on the far end of a support ticket. We rate honesty above polish and curiosity above ego, and we look for people who set their own direction without being watched.
How do I get my CV to you?
Go to the contact page and attach it, with a couple of lines on what you are strong at and the work you enjoy. Link anything you are proud of — a portfolio, a side project, a repo — and we will pick it up from there.
Think you would fit here? Say so.
Nothing is open right now, but every CV gets read by a person. Send yours with a note on your strengths and we will keep it warm until the right role appears.
