Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer

Revised August 19, 2026

Two different agreements

The terms of service govern hosting you have paid for. These terms govern the website itself and apply to every visitor, customer or not. Where both touch something you have bought, the terms of service take precedence.

1. Fair use of the site

Read it, link to it, quote it with credit, run as many domain searches as you like. What is off limits:

  • scraping hard enough to degrade it, or working around rate limits on search and pricing;
  • republishing chunks of the writing as your own, including passing it off as generated output;
  • framing it or dressing it up to suggest a partnership that does not exist;
  • probing it for holes outside the terms set out in the data security statement.

2. Ownership

Copy, layout, artwork and marks belong to Vitalcare at Home Ltd. Photography is licensed to us and a licence to quote text is not a licence to take images. Names like cPanel, WordPress and WHMCS belong to their owners and appear here to describe what we run, not to imply any relationship.

3. Prices and specifications

Pricing is in US dollars and dollars are what gets charged. Any local-currency figure is a live conversion for orientation; the amount leaving your account is the dollar one, at whatever rate your bank applies.

Domain pricing comes from registries and moves without warning. A figure on a page is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer — the binding number is the one in your basket when you pay. Where a price is obviously wrong, we are not required to honour it, and you will hear about it before any money moves rather than after.

Specifications change as hardware and software are upgraded. Where a change would reduce what an existing service delivers, affected customers are told.

4. Guidance here is general

The guides and knowledge base get researched properly, but they address a general reader and not your particular position. Nothing on this site amounts to legal, tax or financial advice. Anywhere a page strays into company structure or the duties around customer records, read it as orientation and get advice from somebody who knows your affairs.

Comparisons against other providers reflect what was publicly published at the time. Competitors change pricing without telling us, so verify before you rely on one.

5. Links elsewhere

When a registry, a vendor manual or an outside tool explains something better than we would, the link goes there. Those sites belong to other people: we neither operate them nor vouch for their contents, and what they do with your data is between you and them.

6. This site's availability

Provided as it is. The service level agreement covers hosting you have bought, not our own brochure, and pages may be changed, moved or retired without notice.

7. Liability

Within the limits the law sets, no claim lies against us for a loss you took by acting on something general published here, by following one of our links somewhere else, or because this site happened to be down.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers keep every statutory right they have.

8. Cookies and data

What gets stored in your browser is in the cookie policy. What happens to personal data is in the privacy policy, and exercising a right over it is covered by GDPR and your data rights.

9. Law

Governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings where they live.
