Legal Documents and Policies
Revised August 4, 2026
The documents
Vitalcare at Home Ltd trades as HostingFast. Company No. 15098204, registered in England and Wales at Office 4648, 221–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, England, RM6 6AX. Everything sold and used on this site is governed by the documents set out below.
- Terms of Service
What you are buying, the obligations we accept, acceptable use, the uptime target and the credit owed if we miss it, and how either side ends the arrangement.
- Privacy Policy
The personal data we hold on you as a customer, why we hold it and for how long, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.
- Cookie Policy
The short list of cookies this site uses, which of them are strictly necessary, which wait on your consent, and how to change your mind later.
- Refund Policy
The money-back window on each product — it differs by plan — what falls outside it, and how a refund actually finds its way back to you.
- Data Processing Addendum
The Article 28 terms covering personal data belonging to your own customers held on our platform: scope, security, sub-processors, transfers, audit and deletion.
- Reporting Abuse
How to tell us about phishing, spam, malware or copyright infringement on anything we host, and what we do once the report lands.
- Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer
Rules for the website itself rather than the hosting on it: permitted use, who owns the content, how binding a displayed price is, and what the published guidance is worth.
- GDPR and Your Data Rights
The working half of the privacy policy — which right applies, how to ask, how we confirm it is you, the one-month deadline, and the route to the regulator.
- Data Security Statement
Article 32 measures behind the account: encryption, who may see what, where the data sits, how long it stays, and the 72-hour breach clock.
- Acceptable Use Policy
Clause 4 of the terms at length — banned material, the load one account may put on a shared machine, the patching that stays yours, and how a breach is handled.
- Anti-Spam Policy
What permission has to look like, why bought lists are refused outright, the per-hour limits on shared plans, and what happens when a run starts.
- Copyright and Takedown Policy
How a rights holder reports infringing material, what makes a notice usable, how the customer answers it, and where repeat infringement ends.
- Service Level Agreement
The 99.9% promise as arithmetic: how availability is counted, what is excluded, what each band of shortfall is worth, and the 30-day claim window.
- Complaints Procedure
Three stages with a deadline on each, ending in a final written position, plus the independent bodies available afterwards.
- Accessibility Statement
The standard we work to, what meets it today, the reflow defect we measured and have not hidden, and how to tell us something stops you.
- Modern Slavery Statement
Voluntary — we sit under the turnover that triggers section 54: who we are, the handful of suppliers actually involved, where the risk genuinely sits, and how to report something.
Which one answers my question?
- Can I get a refund? The refund policy — the window differs by product, and VPS and dedicated servers already provisioned sit outside it.
- What uptime do you genuinely commit to? Section 5 of the terms. It is a target carrying a pro-rated credit rather than a contractual service level, and the response-times page sets out why we word it that way.
- Who else handles my data? The sub-processor table inside the privacy policy.
- Procurement will not approve this without a signed DPA. That is the data processing addendum.
- A site you host is abusing me. Report abuse.
