Does the price climb when I renew?
No, and you can verify that without taking our word: both numbers sit in the table above, before you order anything. Whatever the renewal column says is exactly what you pay from year two onward. A handful of extensions, .xyz among them, discount the first year, and where that happens you should budget around the standard renewal printed beside it. Nothing lies in wait for a later invoice.
Do I really pay nothing for WHOIS privacy?
Nothing whatsoever. It comes on by itself for any domain whose registry allows it, and that covers most gTLDs, including .com, .net and .org. In the public record, shielded placeholders stand where your real name, address, email and phone number would otherwise be, which on its own removes a great deal of the spam and cold-calling that follows domain owners about. Exceptions are limited to a small group of country-code extensions whose registries forbid privacy outright.
Is the ICANN fee included in these prices?
Yes. Every generic TLD carries a mandatory ICANN fee, running at roughly $0.18 a year at present, and that sum is already folded into the registration and renewal prices shown here. Checkout adds nothing on top.
Can I bring a domain in from a different registrar?
Usually, yes. Start by unlocking the domain where it currently sits, ask that registrar for the EPP auth code, then begin the move on our transfer page. A standard gTLD transfer adds a full year of registration on top, billed at the normal renewal rate. ICANN rules put two conditions on it: the name has to be at least 60 days old, and it cannot have changed registrars in the past 60 days.
How soon can I actually use the domain?
Registration itself completes almost instantly. Aim the name at your hosting and DNS changes usually spread within minutes, reaching every corner of the internet inside a few hours. Do I need hosting as well, or can the domain stand alone?

Am I free to transfer my domain out later?
Completely — no pushback. Unlock the name in the panel, request the auth code, and it shows immediately. Registry rules do freeze transfers for 60 days after registration or a prior move, but that clock is the registry's, never ours.
How long until everything is running?

Does the price move at renewal?

Can a domain registration be refunded?
