Unique to Denmark
The detail that only applies here
Copenhagen runs about 30 ms from London. The Danish detail worth checking is the card in your wallet: a purely domestic Dankort cannot handle an international charge in USD, while the common Visa/Dankort combination sails through. We do not sell .dk yet, and .eu is available to you as an EU resident.

Denmark is the one market where the thing most likely to stop an order is not the plan, the price or the distance — it is the plastic. Domestic Dankort rails do not carry an international charge, so a card that works everywhere in Copenhagen can be declined on a USD transaction. Most Danish cards are issued as a Visa/Dankort combination and clear without incident; the two-minute check before you order is which of the two you are holding.
Beyond that, this is a straightforward market to serve. Danish buyers expect a site that loads immediately and a business that can say who it is, and MitID has trained the whole country to look for a credible identity behind a form. Our answer to that is a company number on the public register rather than a badge in the footer.

Will tax be added to an order from Denmark?
Ordering from inside the EU may mean VAT applies. When it does, the figure is calculated and shown at checkout before any money leaves you — nothing gets added after the fact. Buying as a VAT-registered business? Enter your number and the reverse charge handles the rest.
Do I need a UK address to hold an account?
No. The company running things is British — Vitalcare at Home Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 15098204, verifiable on the public Companies House register — yet buying hosting involves no residency check and no business-registration check. An order from Denmark processes exactly like one from London.
What happens if the plan doesn't suit me?
You get 30 days on hosting plans and 7 on reseller plans to change your mind. That is enough time to launch a real site and benchmark it against your own traffic rather than trusting our numbers. Not convinced? Request your money back. The single exception is domain registrations — the registry charges us the instant a name goes live, so those are non-refundable.
